Cassandra Dorrington is a national leader in supplier diversity and inclusive economic growth in Canada. As President and CEO of CAMSC, she works to strengthen business opportunities for Indigenous and minority-owned suppliers and expand their role in Canada’s supply chain. Under her leadership, CAMSC has grown its presence nationally and internationally, supporting more than 500 certified diverse suppliers, 130+ corporate partners, and contributing to over $8 billion in diverse procurement. Cassandra has been recognized as one of Diversity Canada’s Influential Women in Diversity and HR, and serves on several advisory councils, including Procurement Assistance Canada, Elevate International, and Dalhousie University’s Board of Governors.
Neelam Sahota, FCPA, FCGA, is a transformational executive leader with over 25 years of experience advancing inclusive growth, innovation, and community impact across British Columbia’s nonprofit, public, and private sectors. As Chief Executive Officer of DIVERSEcity since 2013, she has led the organization through significant growth to become one of the largest employers in the South Fraser region, strengthening its role as a key partner in social and economic development. A strategic leader recognized for building cross-sector partnerships and aligning financial strategy with purpose, Neelam also serves as a Governor on the Board of Simon Fraser University, Co-Chair the Local Immigration Partnership for the municipalities of Surrey and Delta, and as an Advisory Board Director with Rogers Sports and Media’s OMNI Television.
An accomplished General Manager of Administration with extensive experience in the mining and metals sector, she brings a strategic perspective to corporate operations, governance, and sustainability. Her expertise spans Corporate Social Responsibility, environmental stewardship, community engagement, and risk management, ensuring that business growth aligns with ethical and sustainable practices. A graduate of The University of British Columbia, she combines strong legal and management skills to foster transparency, compliance, and stakeholder trust. Passionate about building resilient organizations, she has led initiatives that strengthen relationships between industry, communities, and regulators, driving responsible resource development and long-term value creation.

With over 18 years of global experience, she spearheads initiatives like Carnaval del Sol, as well as advocating for entrepreneurs and empowering Latinos to reach their potential.
